Dexter L. Rountree serves as managing partner of AgemO Technology, Inc.  He comes to the position with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically Cyber Security.  He has supported program engineering efforts on programs ranging from Tactical Mission planning to Submarine Communications through all phases of their life cycle.

As managing partner, Rountree has been responsible for managing cyber security for IT Programs valued over $100M with teams of contractors and government representatives from different government agencies within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.  He coordinates communications with external stakeholders such as cloud vendors, ship manufacturers, and the DoD.  He is familiar with different technologies, network infrastructure, systems, operating systems, and DBMS. In addition, he is conversant with integration information security system solutions with industrial best practices to ensure data protection. One of his foremost skills is implementing cybersecurity while considering the Business Line constraints and ensuring their comfort.

Rountree earned his B.S. from Newberry College in Business Administration (1993) and his M.S. from the Capitol College in Network Security (2003).  He holds several IT Certifications to include AWS Solution Architect, Project Management Profession (PMP), Information Systems Security Engineer Professional (ISSEP), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).

Rountree resides in Brandywine, MD, and has been married to his wife, Tonyau, since 2006. They have two wonderful children.
